Checking Your Coverage
Don’t see your insurance plan?
Insurance plans are often associated with larger provider networks, so your insurance company may not appear on our list by name. We recommend checking your insurance card or contacting your insurance provider to determine which network your specific plan uses.
If your plan participates in one of the networks listed above, there is a good chance we accept your insurance. Please contact the Signature OMS office you plan to visit to verify your specific coverage before your appointment.

We offer several convenient ways to pay for your care.
Cash or Check
Cash and personal checks are accepted.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
CareCredit
CareCredit may provide financing options for eligible patients. You can apply online through CareCredit or complete an application in our office.
Before Your Visit
Understanding your financial responsibility
Payment & claims
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- As a courtesy, Signature OMS will submit your insurance claim and assist with tracking the claim through the insurance process.
- Please notify our office of any changes to your insurance coverage so we can keep your information current.
Your insurance policy
- While we are happy to work with your insurance company, your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider.
- You are ultimately responsible for all charges associated with your care, regardless of what your insurance plan covers.
- Insurance claims are generally processed within four to six weeks. Once your insurance company has processed the claim, any remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility.
